Delivery Methodology

From Business Problem to Working Application.

We don't build software for the sake of writing code. Every application follows a disciplined commercial process focused on verified operation with real data.

    01
    Stage One

    Understand the Opportunity

Before architectural diagrams or wireframes, we determine what the business actually needs to accomplish. Who will use the application? How does it create commercial value? What does operational success look like in dollars earned or hours saved?

Commercial objectives & user persona definition
Revenue model & transaction flow analysis
Existing systems & operational pain points
Clear scope boundaries and success criteria
    02
    Stage Two

    Design the Solution

We define the application architecture, required integrations, data structures, authentication model, commercial requirements, and user workflows. We select proven technologies and established infrastructure to minimize unnecessary complexity.

Relational data schemas & API specifications
Third-party integrations (Stripe, CRMs, SMS, calendar)
Role-based access controls & security architecture
Detailed technical scope & milestone schedule
    03
    Stage Three

    Build and Verify

We develop the application, wire real systems, and test data persistence under production conditions. Crucially, business-critical functionality must be verified with authoritative read-back from live services, not assumed from build logs or mock previews.

    Iterative, modern software development
Real-data verification of checkout, leads, & workflows
Multi-device responsive testing (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Edge-case handling, rate limiting, and security checks
    04
    Stage Four

    Deploy and Support

We launch the tested application onto production infrastructure, configure custom domains and SSL, wire up monitoring, and provide ongoing management, performance tuning, and enhancement where contracted under individual service agreements.

Production DNS, SSL, and domain routing
Telemetry, error logging, and uptime observability
Client admin walkthroughs & operational documentation
Ongoing managed support & feature roadmap execution

    The InterConn Verification Standard

Many software vendors consider an application "finished" when the code compiles without fatal errors and the user interface looks presentable in a screen recording.

InterConn operates by a different rule: a business-critical feature is not verified until real data has been written to the authoritative store, read back successfully, and confirmed against the expected commercial behavior. A payment form must process real transactions; a booking engine must reserve live calendar blocks; an intake workflow must reliably reach the destination CRM.
