Frequently Asked Questions
How does Done-for-You setup work?
We handle the entire install for you—chatbot, calendar (if included in plan),
notifications, and basic customizations (branding, hours, services). You’ll get a short
intake form and we’ll do the rest, then send you a quick walk-through video.
Can I Upgrade or Downgrade Later?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and
downgrades start on your next billing cycle.
Is there a Contract? What is Cancellation Policy?
No long-term contracts. It’s month-to-month (or annual if you choose). You can cancel
any time from your billing portal and your plan will remain active through the period you’ve paid for.
Does the Chatbot Integrate with My Website?
Yes. We install a lightweight embed on your site (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace,
custom HTML, etc.). If you don’t have a site, we can host the widget on a branded link.
What about texting costs (SMS/MMS)?
Each plan includes a monthly message allowance:
