What’s included with my SmartSite setup?

Each SmartSite includes complete Done-For-You installation — we set up your website, CRM, automations, and chatbot. You’ll receive a short onboarding form, then our team handles the build, testing, and launch. No technical work required on your end.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can move between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No long-term contract. You can cancel anytime — your SmartSite access will remain active until the end of your current subscription term.

Does each SmartSite include an AI chatbot?

Yes — all SmartSites include a built-in InterConn chatbot plan. Standard includes Essential, Professional includes Pro, and Premium includes Business-level chatbot functionality.

What happens after purchase?

You’ll be redirected to a quick onboarding form where you’ll upload your logo, business details, and preferences. Our onboarding team will confirm your setup call and begin your SmartSite build within one business day.

What about texting costs (SMS/MMS)?

Standard and Professional plans include starter message credits for normal business use. Additional usage beyond the included monthly allotment is billed atprevailing rates.
